Fat-Burning Power Shake

This low-carb (from Shape), high-protein smoothie contains a diverse blend of fiber, essential fats, and antioxidants, making it the ultimate fat-burning blend.

1.5 scoops vanilla protein powder
3 Tbsp walnuts
2 Tbsp flaxseed meal
1/2 cup blueberries
1 tsp powdered green tea (optional)
1.5 cups water
3 ice cubes

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. For a thicker shake add less water or more ice cubes.
